Egg curry
Ingredients :
Eggs-4
Turmeric - 2 spoons.
Chopped onions-1cup
Chopped onions-1cup
Chopped tomatoes -1/2cup
Chopped green chillies -3
Ginger and garlic paste -2spoons
Oil -3spoons
Chopped coriander -1/2cup
Chilli powder-asp
Salt-asp
Black pepper-1/4sp
Garam masala -1spoon
Method:
Boil four eggs and remove its shell.
Apply turmeric on eggs. (This gives brown color to eggs when it fried in oil).
Pour four spoons of oil in a pan.
Fry eggs until it turns to brown color and keep them aside.

Fry onions ,green chillies still golden brown color .
Next tomatoes ,salt,chilli powder mix it well.
And add eggs and water mix it well.
After 5 minutes add garam masala and black pepper powder.
Before turn off the stove garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
Then hot egg curry was ready.
